TM2 manages faults, questions and requests via the Support Portal Ticket System
The ticket system can be contacted in various ways.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and a ticket will be generated and assign to a technician
- Log into the support portal http://support.insidetm2.com.au/
- Contact TM2 Support on 1300 855 023. Any faults, questions or requests you report will be created into tickets under your company
It is important that users manage their submitted tickets as technician communication is centralized in the relevant entries.
