When installing a fresh copy of TM2 or during an upgrade you might be asked to re enter your Client ID and PIN code.

How to set your license and activate TM2 2012 and later

  1. First ensure the date on the pc running the TM2 database is correct, and change if required
  1. When prompted at login, select Enter License, or, from within TM2, select the Tools - TM2 Licensing menu.
  2. Enter your Client ID as provided on your TM2 welcome letter.
  3. Enter the PIN Code as advised by the sales/Support team.
  4. Click the Update button.
  5. Close the License window, and shut down and relaunch TM2.


How to set your license and activate TM2 2010 and earlier
  1. First ensure the date on the pc running the TM2 database is correct, and change if required
  2. When prompted at login, select Enter License, or, from within TM2, select the Tools - TM2 Licensing menu.
  3. Enter Client ID as provided on your TM2 welcome letter
  4. Enter the license number as provided on your TM2 welcome letter
  5. Click the Web Activate button.
  6. Close the License window, and shut down and relaunch TM2.
